30 Days of Guided Yoga Practices
Designed to kickoff your yoga practice, or refresh and reset as an experienced yogi, this beginner-friendly yoga program teaches all the fundamentals of yoga. Poses (asanas) and breath-work (pranayama) are at the forefront of these practices, but we also talk about physiology, energy flows, mudras, meditation, and yoga philosophy.

Each of the 30 practices starts by learning proper positioning, alignment, and energy centers for a new pose. We walk through alternatives and modifications for each pose as well.
We then move into a yoga flow incorporating and highlighting that day's given pose to practice and solidify.
How It Works
The release of this program coincides with the start of a new year... 2023.
With this exciting time in mind, I will be releasing one yoga practice per day from January 1st through January 30th.
Once they are released, you will have full access to complete them in your own timing - you don't have to worry about missing a day.
